Policies

Booking Policy: 

At the time of booking, a variable non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. Your deposit can be made in the form of a cash or credit card. The payment of the deposit acts as an agreement to all of the DULA Media policies/terms and conditions. Please be aware of travel dates when booking. Rescheduling Policy:

There is a $50 fee associated with rescheduling of any appointment. 100% of the rescheduling fee is due at the time of rescheduling. You may reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment. No same day rescheduling.

Payment Policy:

Sessions must be paid in full before the shoot date or immediately after the shoot via cash or credit card.

Time and arrival:

Please respect my time and yours and arrive on time. There is an additional $25 late fee for clients who are 15 minutes late or more. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lack of punctuality. If you are late to your session, there is a possibility your session will be canceled or that your time may be cut short. Session is canceled after 25 minutes of being late.

Image Policy:

Image proofs are returned to client within 1-4 business days from when they are taken. Turnaround time may vary depending on the volume of business experienced at the time images are being edited. Normal turnaround time for edited images are 7-10 business days from the date the client selects images to be edited. A regular photo edit would include color correction & minor blemish removal. This is merely an enhancement of the photo. Advanced editing such as skin retouching and hair correction can be added on for an additional fee.

Expedited Edits: 

Expedited edits are an additional $150. Proofs are delivered within 24 hours of your session. Edits will be delivered 24-72 hours from selection time.

Additional Edits: $25 per additional edit.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to make your session all monies paid will act as a cancellation fee. The photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations. If DULA Media cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualties, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer's illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the client, but shall have no further liability with respect to the booking. This shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event DULA Media fails for any other reason DULA Media shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.
